Silvia Ghigliazza

Yoga instructor, traveler, eternally curious. I teach an adaptive method born from experience that grows with you.

My journey

I discovered yoga while living abroad, seeking balance in a life on the move. From there, a journey began that led me to study, train, and teach — first out of passion, then as a profession. Today I teach in Savona, Milan, and online, bringing yoga wherever the journey takes me.

My approach

I believe in yoga that adapts to the person, not the other way around. Every body is different, every day is different. My job is to give you the tools to practice consciously, safely, and progressively — whether you have 10 minutes in a hotel or 75 minutes in a studio.

Styles & skills

My training spans Vinyasa, Hatha, Rocket® Yoga, and functional mobility. I integrate pranayama, postural work, and technical progressions to create complete and personalized sessions. I teach in Italian and English.

Yoga & travel

Travel is part of my life and my practice. I have practiced and taught in Asia, Europe, and South America. Every place has taught me something different — and made my method richer and more adaptable.
