There is no perfect practice for everyone. There is a method that adapts to you, your body, your time, your level — and grows with you. Adaptive yoga gives you the tools to practice anywhere, with awareness and real progression.

Complete session with technical progressions, strength, and flexibility.

Intense Rocket®-inspired practice with inversions, arm balances, and challenge.

10 min — Travel Reset

Conscious breathing, spinal mobility, modified sun salutation. Perfect in a hotel room.

30 min — Balance Flow

Pranayama, dynamic warm-up, balanced standing and floor sequences. Ideal for daily practice.

75 min — Power Session

Pranayama, dynamic warm-up, Rocket®-inspired sequences with inversions and arm balances. Closing and deep relaxation.
