A practice that starts where you are
One-to-one, for couples or in a small group. A reserved space, with no comparisons and no rush, built around your body and your moment.
Let's build your path together
Why a private practice
At the beginning there is often one thing that stops us: walking into a room full of people who seem to know everything already. It isn't shyness — it is simply wanting to get familiar with something new without feeling watched.
A private practice is exactly for that: it gives you time to understand how your body works, what suits you and what doesn't, and whether yoga can become yours — before deciding whether to share it with others. No comparison, no pace to keep up with: only your own.
Three ways to practise
For you and your own path
One-to-one
A one-to-one relationship with the practice. Every session starts from how you feel that day: the sequence adapts to you, not the other way around. It is the format that brings results fastest, because every minute is calibrated on your body.
- ●You want to begin, but prefer to do it in a private setting
- ●You are coming back after a long break and don't know where to restart
- ●You have specific physical needs — back, neck, joints, pregnancy, post-injury
- ●You already practise and want to work on a precise goal: mobility, posture, breath, strength
For partners, friends, mother and daughter
For couples
Two people, one practice designed for both. It isn't a miniature group class: it is a shared space where each of you works on your own body, while breath and rhythm become something you do together.
- ●You want to carve out time that is yours, away from everything else
- ●One of you already practises and would love to share yoga with the other
- ●You are looking for something to share that isn't the usual
- ●Being two makes you feel more at ease than being alone
From 3 to 5 people
Small group
A close group of friends or family, where I can genuinely follow each person. The small size changes everything: I can correct, adapt and speak to each of you — impossible in a crowded room.
- ●A birthday or an anniversary to celebrate differently
- ●A weekend with friends, at home, on a terrace or outdoors
- ●A group that wants to start together, at their own pace
- ●A special moment to turn into something that stays

Where we practise
I work between Savona and the Ponente Ligure. The practice can take place in a dedicated space or at your own home — indoors, in a garden, on a terrace — if you prefer to stay in your own environment. Very little is needed: the space of a mat and a quiet corner. And if you are far away, online works far better than you would imagine.
How it works
01
Write to me
Tell me who you are, what you are looking for and where you are starting from. Even if you don't know exactly yet: we'll get there together.
02
We talk
We go through goals, availability, space and any physical needs. It's a conversation, not an interview.
03
We build the path
I propose a structure designed around you. It adjusts along the way, because bodies change.
Frequently asked questions
I have never done yoga: can I start with a private class?+
It is possibly the best way. In a one-to-one practice I can explain the basics calmly, correct positions straight away and adapt everything to your body, without you having to keep up with anyone. Many people start this way precisely because a group feels uncomfortable at first.
Do I need to be flexible or fit?+
No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement to start. We begin where you are: if you feel stiff or out of shape, it only means yoga has more to give you.
I have a physical problem: can I still practise?+
In most cases yes, and this is exactly where a private class works best, because the practice is built around your situation. I will ask you to tell me your history in detail. If you are following medical or rehabilitation treatment, please check with your doctor or physiotherapist first: I am glad to work alongside them.
How long is a class and how often should I practise?+
A session usually lasts between 60 and 75 minutes. Frequency depends on your goal and the time you have: some practise once a week, some twice, some prefer an intensive cycle in a particular period. We'll talk it through.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?+
Both are possible, between Savona and the Ponente Ligure. Many prefer to practise at home, where they feel at ease: the space of a mat is enough. Elsewhere we can look at it together, and there is always the online option.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the format, the frequency and the place: a one-to-one class, a couples class and a small group have different needs. I prefer not to publish generic price lists and to build a proposal around what you actually need. Write to me and we'll talk, with no obligation.
Every person has a different story
That is why I believe every practice should be unique too. If you would like to build a path designed truly around you, I would love to guide you.
